Ted Turner & CNN want to steal your TV
I have been traveling quite a bit in the last 6 months. Some for work and some with my sweetie ;) One of the constants that I have noticed is that where there is a television in a public area or hotel room the default station is CNN. The hotel room TVs are on CNN when you turn them on regardless of what station you were watching when you turned it off. The TV’s in the airports are all on CNN, and quite loudly at that! The car rental place too. This makes me wonder two things… how much dosh has CNN paid to bring this about and how much will old Teddy-boy pay me to relenquish control over my TV?
